Chestertons, the leading international real estate services firm, has bolstered its senior management team and expanded its business verticals in the region with the appointment of Navtej Jhagra as an Associate Director in the Dubai Valuations team.
Based in the company’s Middle East head office in Dubai, Jhagra will be responsible for undertaking a range of valuations relating to both commercial and residential property within the UAE by providing informed, market-facing, and independent advice to clients.
Before joining Chestertons, Jhagra held a variety of valuation-related positions at Land Sterling Property Consultants. During his time with the company, whilst leading the Abu Dhabi and Dubai teams, he personally valued an extensive range of properties across a number of asset classes as well as undertaking business development resulting in a 400% increase in revenue for the company’s valuation department.

Jhagra’s core focus will be undertaking residential and commercial property valuations for secured lending purposes and financial reporting for a range of clients, including banks, owners, and occupiers in the UAE.

Jhagra is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and an RICS-Registered Valuer. He was also responsible for developing a RICS accredited graduation programme, guiding and mentoring team members to the qualification.
