Al Mouj Muscat unveils Ghadeer Villas


Al Mouj Muscat, the Sultanate’s leading mixed Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC), has announced the launch of Ghadeer Villas, its latest neighbourhood of contemporary family homes.

Promising to make family life truly exceptional, Ghadeer Villas at Al Mouj Muscat offers a selection of elegant three- and four-bedroom homes, featuring private courtyards and garden spaces, and surrounded by open parkland and abundant landscaping.

Three bedrooms and an additional living space are on the upper floor, with balconies or terraces overlooking the outdoors. Four-bedroom floorplans additionally offer a ground-floor guest bedroom and a double-height foyer creating a grand entrance, with a private swimming pool available as an upgrade.
