Lionel Messi may be nearing the end of his career. The Barcelona star made the remarks during a speech on Monday in Paris after winning a record-breaking sixth Ballon d’Or award. The Ballon d’Or recognizes the best male and female players in the world.

“Right now I feel better than ever on a physical and a personal level, and I hope I can go on for a lot longer.”
