“You can see the Asian influences in our Sushi or our South American way in the grilling of meat on a lava stone grill.Or take, for instance, our all-time favourite comfort foods like Mac and Cheese bites, TNT Shrimp or Chicken Lollipop. The philosophy of our food is deeply embedded in our modern times and moving with it. We have re-invented some of the dishes to ensure diners always feel excited.”
